Didn't see anything mind-blowing this time around at Dolton Junction, but there's plenty of nearly non-stop action here, from CN, CSX, UP, BNSF, Amtrak and the Indiana Harbor Belt. An NS transfer almost came out to play, but held just past Calumet Park for hours. The opening shot is on the CN/IC main at Riverdale, several blocks from Dolton- that horn is from a CSX train below at Barr Yard.

Sat at that crossing more times than I can count. I lived in Dolton as a child and my father worked on the other side of those tracks at Rex Chain Belt.

How many times does the ex-IC main cross over the B&OCT in Chicago? I know one is near the eastern entrance to Barr Yard which is also in Riverdale so where exactly in Riverdale was the first scene shot?

The BamaPrinceable I see that no one answered your question about where the first scene in this video was shot in the last six years. The answer is: 137th Street and the ex-Illinois Central (now Canadian National/METRA Electric commuter line) in Riverdale.
