The signals are tomar industries. You can find them online, but I got mines from logicrail technologies. They turn on once a train passes over the sensors.
The whooping sound is done randomly by the module in it. The ditch lights can be set to automatically flash when the horn is blown, or I can flash them without the horn and control them individually using Railpro.
