Edited version of Breakdown video. Straightened some scenes which I missed. NS lead train leaving Bellevue with CN power has second unit quit. Train ties up both mainlines and most crossings in Bellevue. They finally get the unit running after a 90 minute delay but back takes next day to clear as crews run out of time.
