Maidstone, Kent.
C/Us of an elderly man, Philip Wallace, putting coal into a miniature steam engine. Three teenage boys sit behind the man, astride the seats attached to the engine and it starts off. Several shots show the miniature steam train travelling a little raised track in a park.
