Railways. British Railways Eastleigh Station Movements in the 1990s 

I’m now an old guy living in USA but I wanted to thank you for uploading this video. It brings back some great memories of spending many hours on Eastleigh Station watching trains. Really nice to hear the engines on the 33,s and 47s, seems like yesterday. Never realized so many 37s were in Eastleigh as well.. Thanks so much

How lucky we are that people such as yourself took the time to film at a time when it was not cheap or easy, then later convert films to digital so they could be uploaded to RU-vid. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for keeping my memories alive. That's a like and a sub from me.

33115 was a very rare capture. It was used as a test bed and was cut up shortly afterwards

Remember when 33001 was chopped up right next to the main line in 1989? What a waste.

I've watched this video a few times now lol, mostly cos my dad's in it as he was based at Eastleigh for many years!
