I tried all this for the PennCoal ES44AC, and it saved as a text document. How do I actually save the PROXYXML file so that the horns I select actually work?
This is how I did it. I coppyed the files from the horn that I wanted and pasted them inside the audio/railvehicles/diesel/cabview folder or the cabview folder itself and then went to the horn's PROXYML file and changed the horn's horn link. /filename/filename/filename/K5HLL_1_A. "Thats how mine was"."filename being what the file is called like my horn name" Thats how it will show up in your file manager. Then change that specific file connection, filename/filename To the horn 3 files. "If you have like I do, this is an example, 1_A, 1_B files. If it does just put 1 a and two b's" say, like this, hornname_start, hornname_loop and horname_end. And check if it worked. And now it should work. I'm not doing the bell because I dont know how yet. And just to clerify, I'm not saying this guys way is bad I'm just showing you how I did it. This is difficult to type on mobile. If you want to know how, check my channel out, I'll have a video explaining this.
