Perfect! i have one question. While rendering in Mental Ray, i cant see any rain in the renderer. Do i need to unable any option for that?

Mr.Martin, U have to add SHAPE node and add a shape to get render any particle

Mr.Martin U can model a Rain Drop model and add a SHAPE INSTANCE NODE and add that shape...now it will render
