In Chennai almost all the house, flats, business establishments rain water harvesting was made compulsory during previous regime. So less water problem now also water level has increased.
i have seen this video few years ago, they install black tank after. this system should make compulsory to every house. India has only 4% water we need more water.

No. If PVC pipe is not extended upto bottom of the borewell force of rain water will eroded the wall below the PVC pipe and chances of borewell collapse are more in future.
