Rain World - The Overhang 

Wow i can't believe that playing a suspended region with inverted gravity ruins its core concept!!!!
To be honest, I didn't expect the underhang to look so different once flipped, but some of the rooms become almost unrecognizable, it's pretty incredible.
I also had to use Devotools quite a bit in this subregion; many pipes were really hard to reach, even with a grappling worm (like at 7:00) and I don't even know if the game is beatable with this slugcat.
