It's rated for Zero degree's, not 10 or 20 below. But it is still much better than the Blue fluid which freezes at 31 degree's. So you get 30 more degree's of use with the RainX fluid. That's a lot.
I just tested a NEW bottle of the 2in1 all season, with the label stating -25' F.. fucking liars.... I used a refractometer and my "blue-line reading was ~ 20' F..Fucking liars....
My windshield on my 2003 Honda Civic LX 2 door coupe has glares in the sunlight as well as in night driving. The glare obstructs my vision. My mechanic put it in to allow my windshield to bead the rain. I live in Gulfport, Mississippi. Does anybody else have glares causing unsafe vision? It appears too much Rain X is on my windshield. Can someone respond to removing the orange RainX from my windshield wiper reservoir? I am 65 female. Thanks for reading my comment. I hope to get responses.
It eventually wears off. It might help to give it a good cleaning with some alcohol window cleaner. As far as the reservoir, you could possibly siphon it out. A shop should be able to do it.
hey i got a question about washer fluid during the winter. If you want to be 100% sure that its not going to freeze on the window when using it before your car fan has gotten up to temperature, and this has happened to me many times when driving on the highway and using the washer fluids and it starts to crystalize on my windshield. is there a mix of fluids i can use to completly avoid it freezing all together ?
You would probably have to go to almost strait alchohol. I'm not sure if this is available at Autozone etc. I know that is what they use to de-ice airplanes...
Well I’m watching this video because my mom went to a store and she went to buy now of this on your big first windows what u turn on when it’s raining so yeah, and they gave her that bottle the orange color one.So I see how it works but is this only when there is ice because in the bottle says it for ice and when something from the tree’s fall?
