Hi, Thank you for this piece of inspiration. I would have struggled to put this together by my own ideas. Would I right to assume that you folded the long pieces of sinamay to get them at have some opacity and structure. Just like you've done in the same way that you put two pieces together when blocking with a hat block or a dummy head? Or a dinner plate or a fruit bowl for that matter? I enjoyed the video a lot, and I have to say that I wish we had a bit of that warm weather right now. Fall and winter is not my favorite seasons, I have to admit. Youurs, Ann
Hi Sorry for being back. I do have a question if I may. I was looking around your Etsy Shop and found this beauty. Black white wedding hat mother of the bride, formal occasion hat , Large brim ,Ascot hat, derby hat. Could you perhaps talk about how you make something like, please? I found that the big flat-ish brim with the crown offset the side a little so very pleasing. Also who doesn't love a big statement hat like that one. Yours, Ann
