It brings my mood back up

So many of you people spazzed out and lost it because of the COVID 19 quarantine. I retired from the Army that year. A month before the government started its major restrictions. I watched everyone lose their sh*t and think it was the end of the world. Making crazy statements online. Meanwhile it was just another crazy day for me. I was so used to dealing with the irregular daily life in the service, that the quarantine had zero effect on me. And If anything, that disconnect from your daily routine should have opened your eyes to the world. That you have been living under a spell. Doing the same thing, living in a bubble. When there is a whole giant world out there aside from your little existence. But the sad thing is, after COVID 19s quarantine officially started phasing out. The majority of the sheep went back to their little bubble of existence. Still being manipulated by the powers that be. It failed to wake anyone up. Even the woke agenda has failed to see the world for what it is. And all I can do is continue to watch this madness unfold around the world. While the sheeple goes back to sleep. Living in their pretend bubble of existence. Very few are truly awake.

It's unfortunate that musical taste - or artistic taste in general - is so weaponised according to fashion, commerciality, age, generation or others' concepts of what is 'good' and 'worthy'. Music either moves us emotionally or spiritually, or it doesn't. If it moves us to tears, so be it. Shame or guilt have no place in the discussion. It's your damn business anyway.

It's the amazing Steve Whitmire, who had worked with all the Muppets and was chosen to take on Kermit's character when Henson's family made the decision for Kermit to continue after Jim's death. Steve does an incredible job replicating Kermit's original voice.

Megofficinalis I think rainbow is symbolising your dreams, so when he sings that rainbows are illusions, he then says that they’re wrong so he’s saying that dreams aren’t illusions, that you can go after your dreams and make them happen if you work hard enough. The star gazing bit is about how humans have always wished for better things and it doesn’t always come true but we keep wishing cause we have hope they can happen. So the rainbow connection is just about having dreams and being brave enough to make them happen. At least that’s how I’ve interpreted it.

It's about following your dreams and finding your place in the world, but also about connecting with the millions of people doing the same thing and helping find their place too. It's like a reinforcement of following ones own path and believing that eventually, we'll all get there. Ya know.... Basically a love song to the lovers and dreamers of the world.
