The Rainbow Healing Meditation combines all 7 color meditations in one 70 min. long meditation with small pauses between the colors. It contains:
1. Red Color Meditation in C Major for Health, Love, Energy, Good Luck and Fortune.
2.Orange Color Meditation in D Major for Happiness, Love, Good Health and Courage.
3.Yellow Color Meditation in E Major for Communication, Activity, Stimulates Nerves, Glands and Memory.
4.Green Color Meditation in F Major for Balance and Harmony, Growth and Hope.
5.Blue Color Meditation in G Major for Inner Security and Confidence, Calm and Relaxation.
6.Indigo Color Meditation in A Major for Intuition, Wisdom and deeper levels of Consciousness.
7.Violet Color Meditation in B Major for Creativity, Wisdom, Sensitivity and Spirituality.
