they got progressively worse starting with blood orchid. Ela's pistol just looks terrible when compared to the vanilla pistols, and the new deagle animations (nokk?) are horrible
Excuse me? These are legitimately one of the worst animations in today's FPS industry, most of them are floaty and look very unpleasing and unnatural. This is on the same level as CS animations...
I love how they add a new reload animation for holding a shield and new guns but the rest are pretty goof ahhh and no anything change for new reload animation and trigger discipline.
All inaccuracies I could find that the subtitles didn’t spot: Most bolt and magazine releases do not move. Shield operators can hold their shields while having both hands occupied with reloading. The shield revolver: “flicking the revolver’s cylinder shut isn’t recommended, as it could damage the crane”. 3:47 I’m 90% sure that wrists can not do that abomination of a C-clamp. ARX-200’s magazine seems to be rocked in like an AK’s magazine, but backwards. The M14 doesn’t rock out its magazine. Not exactly wrong but, the AK74M uses the operator’s pinky instead of any stronger finger. It doesn’t rock its magazine in during its non-empty reload. And it doesn’t rock its magazine out during both reloads. The AK-12 prototype doesn’t rock in or out its magazine. And completely lacks its paddle magazine release. I’m guessing the SASG-12’s magazine should be rocked out. The F90 has the operator constantly clipping through it. The operator doesn’t actually move the FAMAS’s charging handle. Tachanka has probably damaged his DP27 with how hard he hit that magazine. He also didn’t pull back its magazine release. All belt-fed LMG’s use their charging handles on non-empty reloads. This is especially bad for the bullpup PK, as the PK actually chambers a round unlike other open-bolt weapons. The PK pulls back its charging handle not once, but twice. The double barrel shotgun seems to have ejectors that can distinguish between fired and unfired shells. The ITA12S can hold 4+1 shells in what looks to be a 2 or 3+1 magazine tube. I’m pretty sure the SPAS-15 doesn’t use its magazine release. The CAMRS’s magazine magically snaps into place. The G8A1, the 552’s non-empty, the Scorpion Evo 3, and the UMP45 just miss their magazine release. The MP7 pushes down on its bolt release like a button, instead of like a lever. Warden’s MPX doesn’t lock open. The Remington 870 holds 6+1 rounds in a ~4+1 magazine. The bullpup SVD doesn’t rock in its magazine. And I’m just going to take a point away for how weak pulling back its bolt sounds. The Bearing 9 doesn’t use its magazine release. The Origin-12 doesn’t use its magazine release. The Hi-Power doesn’t touch its slide release. The C7E doesn’t use its magazine release. The .44 Vendetta doesn’t use its cylinder release. The MPX, HK 416, and HK417 only engage one side of their charging handle. 4:59 why would you ever do that. And the player character doesn’t press the magazine release of the SR-25 in both animations. The shell in the M1014’s chamber magically disappears a few frames before the operator pushes the bolt-release button. And its loading gate doesn’t open. The player character doesn’t press the magazine release of the SCAR-H. The Mossberg 590’s reload is suspicious, it looks as though the shells are being inserted BESIDE the shotgun. Not exactly wrong, but the MPX, PDW9, AK-15.50, M4 (US soldiers are trained to C-clam), C7E, R4-C, HK416, HK417, 556XI, SIG-552, AR33, G36C, ARX200, SCAR-H, C1A1, Type-89, M14, 9mm AK, MP5, and MP5SD are held by the mag-well. Now to criticize the weapon models themselves: Making a battle rifle KRISS Vector would be nearly impossible, and would completely defeat the entire purpose for the Vector’s existence. That 1911 is dummy THICCC compared to the M45. Why would you ever put an UGL on a sniper rifle. And straight-pull rifles are extremely uncommon. The AK74M uses a side-mounted GL instead of an underbarrel one. Tachanka’s grenade launcher has two different range-finder sights. (I, obviously, can’t get my hands on a shumika, so that might be accurate.) There is also some questionable weapon choices. The C1A1 and the Sterling have both become obsolete due to the existence of the C7/C8 (the Canadian versions of the M16/M4 respectively). The AK-200/AK-12 prototype in game was said to be too expensive for Russia, so they abandoned it and used the current, more boring looking model of AK-12 instead. The .308 Spear is a weapon CONCEPT made by a Russian highschooler, it obviously never went beyond the planning phase. The Desert Eagle is big, bulky, and expensive, it has no place being in the hands of a highly trained operator meant to save lives. Why would you ever use a .50 Beowulf AR-15 over a 5.56 AR-15. The M249’s emergency mag-well is infamously crap at doing its job. The Folding Machine Gun never got past its prototype phase. The game uses a fictional version of the Uzi in a fictional cartridge. Why the Auto-mag? It’s an obscure weapon that was popular in media decades ago. Any non-French revolver just handicaps yourself for no reason. With the exception of Doc’s healing pistol, most self-made operator weapons are probably classified as hand-made weapons and are probably illegal (I’m 95% sure that the sniper rifle is also hand-made and therefore illegal.) I will give them props for including the DP-27. events over the last few years have proven that correct.
Some animations are definitely dated, but if they do remaster then they could go down the Modern Warfare “ultra-tactical” route. A route that should be avoided at all costs unless your animators are talented enough to make it work. I doubt Ubisoft’s animators are talented enough. Perfect examples of not talented enough animators try to copy the animation style: BF2042 and most weapons in MW3
@@better-shotgun depends on which studio from Ubisoft is animating it but the one that did animations for Far Cry 6 is very good. Might not be on MW level but is really good.
AR15 are very popular type of rifle designs , along with Kalash and HK (like HK33 and G3) type rifles and they're actually used by many special forces so it make sense in this game
I love watching these kind of videos not because they’re satisfying, but because it’s hilarious to look at all of the gun nerds loose their shit over the inaccuracies
I haven't played this game since mid 2020 ish? And to this day I sometimes turn my ps5 on and look through my games and I just really fancy playing og r6. Like just year 1 to year 4 and just chill
Kinda ironic that the Golden Gun gamemode is basically One in the Chamber, but in the animation the slide is already closed when the magazine is still being inserted.
congratulations to the Siege community for having the most active game. I'm personally not into multiplayer gaming but having the title of most alive game is nothing to laugh at.
I FEEL like none of Mozzie's reloads having trigger discipline may actually be intentional. Mozzy is supposed to be pretty full of himself so him rebelling like that makes some sense?
A lot of these animations lack power, especially loading on an empty chamber, most of the abimations cobsisting of pushing a bolt release has the daintiest, most gentle push ever without any sense of urgency
I actually like these animations and guns. They are unique to Siege and don't feel copied like any other game after MW19. I assume that with the next entry or a Rainbow Six Siege 2, if they're gonna remake all animations they'll probably make the same snappy shaky camera reload style like every other game mimicking weapon animations from MW19.
RPD was not used at all, as they did not see the point in it, and default PK(PK, PKM and PKP) It is not used due to its size, and the bullpup variant is more compact.
They really made the first 20 operators with good animations, then for 9 years just threw whatever amateur devs that wanted to make animations to make the rest. Just look at Jagers 416-C, then the AK74M from 4-5 years later. 😂😂 kinda embarrassing Ubisoft
They look outdated in 2024, but frankly, this style is one that is dying since 2019, which is much worse than being outdated. Every game is suffering from Parkinson's disease, or on epilepsy.
Mav's M4 should be on another op, its a really good gun, but nobody wants to play him Honestly, there's a lot of weapons that should be on different ops
