Honestly, I think Ubi should really consider this; Siege has a fascinating story, and I honestly think that there would be quite a bit of love thrown at Ubi if they did make a series.
Glad to see another medic is joining Rainbow; aside from Doc and (to a lesser extent) Finka, we don't really have any dedicated healers (gameplay-wise, not lore) in R6, so Thunderbird is a welcome addition.
@@deusgamer7154 Lore-wise, he is a CBRN operative, but gameplay-wise, he doesn't have anything that can heal his teammates; that's what I was referring to as "dedicated healers". Sorry for the confusion.
UH "Joins Team Nomad" Did.... Rainbow split into THREE Teams now with the civil war going on after the Invitational Fight between Ash and Kali? We got Team Kali, Team Ash, and now.... TEAM NOMAD?
@@Slrzn I mean Lore wise it would make sense that Rainbow has multiple strike teams to respond to situations. So I am curious if so far that means Kali and Nomad are Team Leads with Ash leading her own "Alpha" team?
Though in actual combat operations, the likes of Mira, Jager, and Thunderbird at least are not primary combatants as Mira is head of engineering and gadget stuff, Jager and Thunderbird are helo pilots.
So happy to see a native operator!! That "Skoden!" at the bear gave me a big smile. I can imagine her saying "Stoodis" at the start of a round or something. 😁
I like how all the operators are getting some tidbits of lore with the newer ones, ties in everything pretty well. I liked the detail of nomad losing her fingers being brought up here
Wagíya should have been her codename. It literally means Thunderbird iirc but is much easier to say, especially shortened. (Caveira -> Cav, Wagiya -> Wagi/Giya, Thunderbird -> ? Thunder? Bird? Thun-Chan?)
I believe it's called a Flare Gun, but no, I don't imagine she killed it with that. A Flare Gun is in no way suitable for combat. I imagine the flare likely scared the bear off, or something similar. Who knows, really?
Ubi should make an animated series, be it the CGI 3D animation of The Hammer and Scalpel (for an easier recognition of the operators) or these hand drawn ones (which convey slightly more emotion) but either way, just look at how good Arcane went, a Rainbow six lore-fest would be amazing!
The R6 unit is split into teams for when they train. I think the teams are built around specific scenarios, so like one would be for hostage extraction, another for bomb threats and so on.
I think certain operators are designated to create their own teams, we got Kali bringing Night Havern, we got Ash, who has Castle, Goyo and recently Flores to his team We got now Nomad, which apparently has Frost an Thunderbird
Probably the best battle pass interms of cosmetics (minus the chameleon skins and charms) but to bad you don't get all the R6 credits to pay for a new one if you grind all the way
just finished watching ubi forward, they said pc is going to get crossplay with stadia and luna, im glad ubi is working hard but what is that going to change literally no one plays on those systems
Finally an operator that saves other operators from the wilderness and bears apparently I like this vid a lot it’s unique it stands out it brings out a bit of nomads back story Who else here really likes the new seasonal weapon skin?
@@riybtl She's in civilian clothing. There was an interactive journal Ubisoft had on their website during Operation Wind Bastion when Nomad was introduced. She mentioned she had to be rescued when climbing Mt. Logan, and she lost her fingers from frostbite. This was later referenced in a document Nomad wrote to Harry, so this short was essentially showing what happened.
