Toby is a genius. The type of once in a lifetime person. She understands the most compex issues in science and explains them in the simplest possible way. Not only that, but with a unique charisma. Feynman would have given her a massive hug. ♡
She's incredibly inspirational. Almost like how a rainbow is bridge, she bridges science and creativity/art together in her videos where the two can simultaneously exist as one. I sense that with a lot of her videos.
You have this wonderful ability to breakdown and explain complicated topics in such a relaxing way. This is my favourite series on RU-vid by far, so keep up the wonderful work!
@@tibees Your relaxed and unhurried style makes me relax and learn rather than worrying whether I will grok it all. I think education suffers when it's presented hurriedly or under stressful/competitive pressures.
Me too! I can learn new things while her soothing voice and and rich personality calm my anxious soul. Double bonus! This young woman has a big future in front of her no matter where her life path leads her.
When i taught, i would spend 6-8 hours prep time per class and that did not include video editing. I can barely appreciate how much effort is required to present such an articulate presentation.
Whenever I feel stressed, I know I can put a Tibees video on youtube and within seconds I start to feel a sense of calm wash over me. Very therapeutic. Thanks Toby!
Thank you, Toby, for being an oasis of calm in these turbulent times... Also, "Isaac Newton, Friend of the Channel..." :) [Edit: fix spelling of 'Newton', it wuz auto-correct wot dunnit, honnist..!]
I had a science geek friend at high school and she used to say it was hard for her to explain to non scientists just how moving Physics can be - I am a scientific dunce so I had to take her word for it.NB she would approve of my calling her"a geek".
She didn't use complex mathematics to explain rainbows but at last she said happy mathematical day .That shows how much she loves maths and how she learnt art to explain 🌈🌦to us.
Her dedication towards her artwork is unequivocally appreciable and the explanations provided at the background for making us understand how differently we percieve the rainbow is actually what makes this video out of box. This not a science explanation video but something beyond it.

Two mouseclicks ago, I was jamming to some Nine Inch Nails and was about to order a new manifold for my F-150. Now I am planning out my new career as a Rainbow Chaser, and wondering whether violet or red has a longer wavelength. I am not exactly sure how I got here, or who you are, but thanks Tibees!
While the Sapir-Whorf theory of linguistic relavity is quite interesting, it has received a lot of criticism (bij for example Chomsky) and is generally not accepted by modern linguists anymore.
@@aur9035 when it exists for you on youtube is not necessarily when it exists for me. Patreon is 1 reason. This reminds me of a book I read years ago when I was younger, "Physics for Entertainment." It is slightly older now, and was translated from Russian, but still super interesting for those interested.
This is the best explanation of rainbows in the world. Not only it explains the optics behind them in a perfectly accessible way, it's just a lovely thing to watch. I've watched this video a number times and will keep coming back to it
You have a godsent, calm voice. It increases the chance of being able to follow your "lecture" as the brain starts to struggle taking it all in. Thank you.
Yeah Tibbees brilliant every teacher should take a leàf from her fantastic delivery, smooth, smart, schmick definitely deserves an apple. This generation has something quite special, brilliant.
Love your style , production value and love for science + art. The minutes go by so quickly, so effortlessly and I always end up learning something with a feeling of pleasantness. Thank you Toby!! You are amazing
Never seen such perfection on a blackboard... Amazing, and grateful for all the little details I never had in mind when watching rainbows - guess its time for new physical-Rainbow Adventures 🌈🙈
I have been going through some of your old and recent videos, you are always smiling in all of them! God bless you and keep spreading the love of physics
Clever, creative, perceptive, conceptive, artistic. Really excellent presentation of rainbows. Thank You. Will be exploring into your channel for more of your creations.
Wonderful view of a koala Bear at the start. Thankyou for sharing this with us. You look serene and happy while you work on your Rainbow drawing. Very honest form of explanations. Beauty in Art and description !
Found the 'Glories' Toby on closer inspection. Quite a lot packed into this video. In the comments below you are described as a sweet person. Thank you for your rather nice looks.
Sometimes I can not understand anything you say, I suck at maths, but I feel like I have to protect you with my life. most wholesome content in RU-vid. Honestly thanks for existing Toby
Not only an intelligent instructor in all things math and physics, but also illustrative artist! 🌈 To this American's ear, Tibees' voice is captivating and lovely, with accent most pleasing.
idk why and how Tibees got recommended to me, but i am not regretting to getting to know this channel. I love how you explain it like bob ross his peacefull voice and character. Keep 'm comming!
You make every complicated topic simple and explain them in a playful manner that I love in every video of your channel ❤️❤️❤️. YOU HAVE A UNIQUE STYLE AND TALENT THAT MAKE OTHERS INSPIRED, AND GET INTEREST ON THE SUBJECT.
Thank you, Tibee. Now i got it. I was frustrated as a kid, as i was cycling with my bike to the beginning to the arc of the rainbow. But.....the distance was constant, my home then far away. Sun was eventually disappearing on my way home. ...
You are an extraordinary amazing person. While explaining things about science, you dazzle us with painting. At some point I found myself thinking: what a pity, after that painting will be erased!
Toby, you are an inspiration. Your voice is calm, so smoot, so natural that makes me feel ASMR vibes and above that you way to explain things by painting is the right way for me to fall in love again to mathematics. You seem so kind, humble and sweet, great work and keep inspiring with your skills and you smile. Thank you so much :-)
