Perfect sounds for lowering blood pressure. I use these sounds when taking my blood pressure twice a day and it makes a difference because I can no longer hear the blood pressure machine. I theorize that we stress easily based on visual and sound. This lowers my blood pressure reading by 5-10 mm of mercury. Thank you so much for easing my life and helping me get accurate readings preventing over-medications.

ever since I was a young lady my mom would wake me up early to do chores and would say , you can take a nap when you are done. So all my life, I get up early and my chores are done by 9 A. M. Then I take a Cat Nap, it's refreshing when I wake. I set the alarm on this perfect raining sound.

In the morning i listen to the rain while getting ready for work..it takes awhile to unwind from my sleep, my mind is heavy in thought..and, the sound of trickling raindrops softens my muscles, my aches and pains like a mental massage.

Put my adhd none stop jumping and moving around 7 yr old boy to sleep in minutes. I even had the lamp on bc I had to finish my taco even after he ate quiet a bit of sugar bc it’s the day before v-day and he got his gift of chocolates from me early.
