No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A gentle stroll along the Peak Forest Canal, this time starting at Whaley Bridge and heading to Bugsworth Basin, also known as Buxworth Basin. Bugsworth Basin played a significant role during the Industrial Revolution as a transhipment point for transporting limestone. It served as a crucial link between the Peak Forest Canal and the tramway network that transported limestone from local quarries.
The weather is wet and rainy, but fortunately not too windy, as filming in wind and rain is nearly impossible. Along the way, we visit the Transhipment Warehouse, which has been converted into a wonderful community hub for the town. If you'd like to take a look, it has a website: whaleybridgecanal.org/. I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to RU-vid. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.
