Not even close to being a SHELTER.... The roof is leaking right from the start, the whole construction is moving, one bit stronger wind with heavy rain and you are completely exposed to the elements. But nice concept tho.

You should worry about the roof its not good enough for the rainy season plus you also need extra support I see the whole structure move when you walk so if a storm comes through you wont end up at the bottom of that tree amongst the rubble
The *movement* (in a storm) is perfectly fine. Just make the *attachment points* capable of *handling* any flexing. *All without mistreating the tree itself.*
