The debate should shift to ,whether such exhortationist perks are justified and sustainable in the long run! Former holders of Constitutional offices,are billionaires many times over! Uhuru should be given his due. But if I may ask for my friend, why does a retired president need an office and he's not a part of the govt? These are kind of expenditures that ought to be deleted! Retired president's allowance, rents, multitude of staff, vehicles, utilities, and Kenyans are footing the bill!
