Ruto will say anything. The Kenyan Constitution provides a clear and robust framework for the impeachment of a sitting president. It is time we saw the democratic accountability mechanisms embedded in the Constitution demonstrated by the National Assembly, who are Constitutionally tasked with moving the motion to impeach.
