Indians need to get over their Stockholm syndrome and get past their post colonial era. It's clear that India has not done enough to de colonise and unbrainwash the locals. I am enamoured by his reply. One thing that everyone knows nd Jaishankar hasn’t said diplomatically is that we don’t have obsession with pak as much as west has with Russia because we don’t have a warfare industry /machinery / economy to feed .. whereas all the UNSC members have. What a diabolical fact it is the world securers and peace keepers, who need wars in world to keep their economy going. Pak compels our attention because, it too needs war and Kashmir to keep it going for them. Western view as voiced by this gentleman, that China will somehow mature when it grows more prosperous.. and adopt “our” ways.. is so dumb.

Europe announcted today to make the first eu strike force available in 2025 without russia! we had included russia to defend the eu and russia together. if you reale listend what have been spoken, he clearly said the usa was not amused for years that many eu countries had a military budget under 2% of gdp. guess what? in the first week of the ukraine war, every nato member raised the military budget to 2% minimum. now we start in the baltic sea a military exercise. we have a military industrie, but europe never believed in a war since 1989. i am realy shocked that so many indian people think the nato is a war machine and want to fight everyone.

Mr. Jaishankar’s assessment is absolutely right. Russia is now angular in its approach and the reasons have been clearly spelled out. Indian has been consistent in its stand and it’s abstinence is nothing new in it’s expressed policy- India First.

In UN, after war started between Ukraine n Russia most of the countries started taking sides with ukraine whereas india was the only one of few countries remaining neutral because we have our own interest with Russia and also the NATO countries.. Instead india wanted both counties to stop war and resolve issue peacefully.. More often than not taking sides causes conflict instead of resolving issues..
