Raising a Ruckus 

When she tells Doug she feels shame and asks what to do now… this woman needs help. Someone needs to help her.

She’s a mail order bride, an d she has mental issues. Instead of sending her back he chooses to put her elsewhere to deal with her. She feels abandoned and lonely because that man put her there to isolate her. It’s sad and she needs help. Immediately

She is not stable mentally. I genuinely hope she gets help.

Someone needs to help that woman.

He is a major creep. Worried about his wife.

This is one of THE most if not THE most disturbing case of TPC I've seen. It sounds like she may have schizophrenia, or maybe bipolar depression. Obviously I'm not a doctor, but she needs SERIOUS help. So sad.

Aww. Her Apology at the end. I feel bad for her. She's asking for help. I hope she gets it. She seem like she could be a sweetheart if she can control the anger.

She needs to be in a hospital. Shame on the husband.

This is actually upsetting. That defendant needs serious help, and she clearly has no help from this "husband" of hers. She is lost and alone and he just leaves her there. Very sad. *edited my comment because I realized her child does not live with her, thank god.

The husband committed perjury by saying they the wife doesn't have mental health issues. If he can't live with her, why should other people have to live with her???

She's banging and screaming for hours. How can the husband say the Plaintiff is the one with "a problem"? His denial is actually the worst part of this case. I don't blame him for his wife's actions. I blame him for doing nothing and saying the Plaintiff is the one "that makes trouble".

She wants her privacy? But yet she claims people ignore her. Then she gets mad and conveniently forgot why. He does the same. This does not make sense. Kids would make noise bang on objects. This is an adult. There’s a lot more going on.

This screams mail order bride and doesn't have access to her own family. She probably wants nothing to do with her own husband and has nobody to turn to. Pair that with a slight language barrier and maybe a mental health issue, she would be very hard to work with.

This poor woman. My heart breaks for her. I will keep praying for her.

She definitely needs to be evaluated, I hope they get her help

Yes she has mental health issues and trauma, she hid it in order to get married and find someone to take care of her. That husband knows more than what he’s saying…he’s probably one of the issues. I feel for them both 🙏🏿

I'm glad the plaintiff won, but I can't help but feel sadness for the woman defendant 😢. She's clearly dealing with mental illness and no one is getting her help and it doesn't appear that she's capable of getting help for herself. I believe the person she really feels abandoned by is her husband 💔

Be grateful that you wake up in your right mind everyday.... I had a neighbor like this in the townhouse I live at and one day the health care worker that helped her asked if I heard her constantly screaming and honestly I never did.... The one time I did she passed away shortly after... People take the fact that they wake up in their right mind as a given.. It's not. The plaintiff was right to win legally... I pray the defendants get help.

Something is most definitely off with the female defendant which is why the husband doesn't want to live with her/subject the son to her behavior. She shouldn't be a married woman saying she's lonely then reacting to that extreme. Way more going on here. Fair judgement.

If you listen to the defendants wife, she repeats the same exact phrase to the judge and Doug about her behavior. It sounded extremely rehearsed, especially since she didn’t say anything else. I pray she finds the help she needs, she seems terrified.

So they just let her have her own apartment so they don't have to deal with her.. she obviously needs help and supervision. Very upsetting how this was handled. Mental Health Matters.

I feel for that woman, something is clearly traumatizing her in her life or past.

I feel great sympathy for that poor woman with her clear troubles, but obviously, it's not fair to the other tenants in the building to have to live with the constant noise.

LORD!!!!! That's a nightmare!!!! I had to tell with noisy upstairs neighbors in my last apartment. When my lease expired management offered to move me to another building. NOPE!!!! I moved to a hotel and stayed there for almost 2 months before buying my first house. Hotel was peaceful and quiet.

This breaks my heart. Clearly this woman needs help. Her husband's solution is to get her an apartment and forget about her.

I remember this case and always wondered what happened to the defendant. She obviously needed psychiatric help, but I don't think there was any way for a non relative to force her to get it and her husband seemed completely disinterested in doing anything useful.

Living in a downstairs apartment is the worst. Stomping, dragging, clanging. The worst. I've literally been through it. That's why I now live on the top floor.

The couple does look rather kooky, the narrator is right. 😂 (just finished the case and- they are both odd.)

I hope the lady, and her jaguar, get the mental health help they need.

I feel bad for everyone involved, here’s the truth. The husband moved out because he didn’t think it was healthy or safe to raise their 10 year old in that type of environment. And the wife she needs help, but they probably can’t afford to get her mental treatment.. and we have these poor neighbors who have to deal with that scary mess

I hope the Judge spoke to her and her husband after and gave some advice. She clearly is asking for help and nobody gives her the direction

I can't watch this. That's unhealed trauma. She's living with unspeakable things that happened in her past. It does't excuse the behaviour, just explains it, and sending out the intention and hope she finds the help and healing she needs.

The expression on the male defendant's face is a bit strange. In fact, both of them are weird in appearance and behavior. That woman needs a lot of help. God bless their child. JM needs to report this situation to DFCS. At least someone will look into the living situation to check on the safety of the child. "Linda Blair and the Exorcist" is a great description. The sounds coming from that apartment are concerning. My heart goes out to this woman. Something is SO wrong.

This is sooo triggering to watch! I had a similar situation with a neighbor who lived below me! For days in a row, she would scream to the top of lungs in agony and sometimes would say things like “stop it” or “you always do this.” You could hear banging, thumping, and things being thrown around. At one point the screams got so bad, I called the police because I genuinely thought she was being killed! They got there and she ended up just leaving with her presumed abusive boyfriend, but she claimed nothing happened. Till this day, I’m not sure if she was being beaten or if she was mentally ill, but to walk around as if you’re not causing ppl to think you’re being murder in your apartment is INSANE. They eventually moved out shortly after the incident, but the boyfriend was found to have criminal history. At one point before they moved out, he showed up at my front door. I think he somehow knew we called the police even though, there were neighbors on each side of them. I hope she’s doing okay.

How does she feel entitled to the neighbour's being her friend? She needs to get professional help! There is nothing about a "power hungry" home owner president in this case! The fact that was the only argument they had shows how insane they both are!!! What an insane case!!!

A lady in my building started shouting and wailing every night for weeks. Finally she disappeared, and I'm glad to say she's back in her apartment and seems to have helpers visiting her every day. My friend said she saw her looking cheerful. These are cries for help!

The defendant needs help I feel so bad for her. She looks scared and lost. I hope she’s able to find the help she needs. This by far is the most disturbing episode of the PPC I’ve seen in a long time. The child is going to need serious help living in that home. May god be with that boy. 😢 This husband is not a husband only in paper.

This is incredibly disturbing, and we’re not getting even 1/100th of the story here. I knew from the moment they walked in holding hands that things weren’t right. I can understand the husband perhaps downplaying things for tv because the issues are private, but the way that he keeps trying to assert that other tenants have had issues with the plaintiff suggests that he may be downplaying it IRL as well. I know this is an old case, but I pray that this woman got the help that she needed, because this can only get worse. I also feel bad for that plaintiff for having to live through that, but her giggling also made me feel very uncomfortable.

She was in such terrible shape that even Doug restrained himself..the husband is a monster.

This case is bizarre. The defendant (the wife) clearly has mental issues, repeatedly saying the same thing like a doll with a pull string. The husband is no better; he definitely knows what's happening but remains ambiguous throughout the case. In the video played to hear the noise from upstairs, the wife's sounds were incredibly scary. I agree that the plaintiff had every right to seek damages for being unable to rent the place due to the noise pollution from above. At one point, it was revealed that the wife had to be escorted into an ambulance, indicating that there are certainly health issues beyond what is evident in this strange case.
