Well, that's how it is sometimes as it's the sauce that makes it. If you season it to be eaten without the sauce, then the taste might be ruin when it's dipped.
@@saysoun752 when you eat a chicken nugget from mcdonalds is it tasteless? completely without salt or pepper? when you add sauce to it does it throw the whole nugget off? of course not, and this is FREAKING Mcdonald's we're talking about! They represent the BARE MINIMUM of quality standards. Raising Cane's has no excuse, their chicken sucks and trying to justify it is just pathetic at this point.
@@zacharyjackson1829 McDonald's chicken nuggets are pretty tasteless and dry to me. I'm just saying if you're going to use sauce with an item, you might season it less because of the sauce. I cook like this all the time. I season it how I like it to taste regardless of who's eating it as that's how I like for it. My mom cooks it to the bare minimum seasoning as she expects you to season it to how you want it to taste.
Last time I camped somewhere over night was 15 years ago when Mw2 came out never and I mean never should anyone be camping outside in some probably high crime area for any kind of chicken
1. Canes is basically a dine in if you want good chicken, it is fresh, but if it is bagged for more than 5 minutes it will decay into mush. The same standard of time and humidity should be applied to the "Great Value" chicken. 2. Ordering the chicken fingers a la carte makes them more expensive vs a combo deal, which also includes toast, fries, and drink. 3. You don't have to cook the chicken if you order it from another party.
Yep. I learned my lesson after a couple miserable take home experiences. The fries, too, suffer in their take home container and turn wet and soggy. Dine In Only at this place!
Nah I'm white as hell, had a bit of a weeb phase when I was a kid when I ate everything with chopsticks for a bit. Including cutting up corn dogs just so I could eat them with chopsticks.
@@Soliloquy_lope while the statement he made was light hearted, it sounds like if you use chopsticks to eat a chicken tender people know you are asian. w/e
@@zacharyjackson1829 idk about you but nobody likes mushy tenders that aren’t probably made from chicken breast or tenderloins. It’s like comparing a frozen pizza to Pizza Hut. They look the same but one taste like actual pizza not cardboard
I personally don’t typically like frozen foods but the Walmart tenders even look better too. Raising canes is criminally overrated but it’s genuinely amazing they’ve been able to create a well known national chain off peppered ketchup and small flavorless chicken tenders. Kudos to them I guess 😂
I remember taking my girl to Raising Canes because we've never tried it before and saw all the hype behind it so it was a no brainer, it must've been delicious! Suffice to say, that thang had zero seasoning and felt like we were just eating plain white bread.
You have to eat the Cane's as soon as it comes out of the kitchen. Reheating doesn't work. Otherwise, you might as well be eating the chicken leather they sell at Chick-fil-A.
Agree. I stopped getting it "to go" to bring home after a couple miserable meals. The fries always got soggy as well. When I do eat there I always dine inside.
Yea I've been surprised how many times I've talked with people about canes and when they discover eating inside fresh out the frier the food is completely different.
Canes is the only fast food place you’ll get a real fresh never frozen chicken finger. We do it best. Maybe we lack seasoning, but in turn that lets the chicken shine.
Your content has been haunting my recommendations, so I'll bite. I wished Cane's would sell their sauce in Walmart & such. It's one of my favorites. I dip everything in the sauce, chicken, fries & the bread, pretty good.
Here in Egypt 1kg chicken fingers around 240le or 4.8$ 1.26kg around 6.5$. I know a lot has to be taken in consideration when comparing different markets (Economic factors) - but just saying. It's curious to note...
To be fair trying the food as soon as it came out of the restaurant as opposed to waiting as it gets cold when you come home, then comparing it to freshly cooked chicken tenders just made, would probably be a fairer test
The Tysons southern fried chicken straps are the best. Now I throw some creole seasoning on all those frozen tenders but the Tyson 1.5 pound bag can feed about 8 to 9 people per bag per meal depending on how much each person eats and cost $12.73 at Walmart. Also my son works for raising cane's and he won't even eat the chicken. He said the only seasoning is a salt water soak. That's it. That's all.
Justifiably so, most Great Value food items are made in cheap labor countries that hate Americans like Turkey and Egypt. Walm started offering these brands to compete with Tyson and Banquet frozen foods because those companies couldn't lower their prices more unless they moved production out of the USA
@@silentsmurfOh well find somewhere else to work also screw your local business if it got killed by walmart it almost certainly wouldn’t have lasted long anyways
Great Value Southern Style Chicken Bites I've bought both of the great value frozen chickens multiple times the southern style has way more flavor recommend them to try Next
fyi - chicken fingers are basically mystery meat chicken usually containing rib meat and very low quality. If you want something higher quality you shoukd look for chicken strips, whixh is all white meat chicken and not ground up mystery meat. Personally i enjoy the perdue chicken strips Its a much higher quality product than your walmart option. Its pretty fostly tho but the buffalo chicken strips hit with ranch.
I’ve never eaten at RC because they don’t have spicy chicken. I walked in for my first time (10yrs ago) and when they told they dont do spicy, I walked out. Get the great value spicy chicken tenders. They $9 something per bag. They good af🔥
Canes should season their tenders with a sort of dry rub version of their sauce. They have so much potential to make good food but they are just lazy and rely on the sauce
