Omg ❤ I randomly came across your channel, but your videos have captivated my attention since morning. You are so beautiful 😍 I am a history student and I must say that for thousands of years people have written poems, made sculptures, painted women like you. Such beauty, elagance, grace and marurity in presentation. I hate when people say size zero is ideal, you represent the real women. You are gorgeous. Please upload everyday vlogs of yours, you will have a huge fan following. Sending hugs ❤
One additional thing to remember is that the local government level, municipalities, can offer their own additional benefits or allowances. Most benefits are based on national legislation, but municipalities are not limited to just those minimum benefits.
There have also been some villages, which have been worried about not having enough young people for the place to stay economically viable to support local services like school and a grocery store. Local people have taken initiative and arranged cheap housing or a plot to build a home for young families. Of course these are likely to be one-off situations. I mention it here to remind that it's the society as a whole or local people, and not always the national government of Finland taking the lead. They are needed only when something needs to be enabled by national budget funds or other type of legislation.
There's room for improvements. Unfortunately it's not simple to achieve improvements since just about any changes come with some negative and not with just positive consequences. There are also the funding systems in the background, which where not included in the topics of the video. For instance for especially small businesses it can become challenging as the mother's employers have the heavier burden than the fathers. It's not simple to rearrange so that it would be equally balanced in all circumstances. This can lead to situations, where small businesses need to be more careful in hiring women of the age when they are likely to want to have children. If they're key employees and leave for several years, it's clearly a challenge.
Are you comparing to a country with a long term religious nationalist governing party? Like India, which seems to have again chosen to continue to support such values and priorities in national elections.
Mam , can you make a video regarding tips or recommendations for learning finsih prior to coming to finland ..as i am about to start pharmacist recognition process with valvira.
It's also useful to recognize that people can be different and their best practices depend on their personal preferences. How have you learned other languages, what methods have served you best, what are you willing to try and what stage you have achieved so far?
