Exorcist priest, Fr. Chad Ripperger, joins us to discuss the general entitlement belief and effeminacy pervasive in men today. We find boys moving to this state of adolescence and frankly never getting out of it. Not only is this state of existence contrary to right order, it stunts growth and keeps boys mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically trapped in immaturity. Fr. Ripperger addresses this issue by breaking down the reality of how men are raised and what can be done to actively raise our sons to be men. He then discusses how his father and his life growing up greatly influenced him in his life as an exorcist battling demons on a regular basis. This is a great conversation with practical steps we can all use.

The solution to that is that men shouldn’t make life too easy for their sons, or daughters, either. They should make good times for their kids, but don’t make it too obvious to them that everything is fine. Let them work for their allowances, college tuition, etc.

It's not just some men who lack basic skills. I work in online shopping where we pack stuff in boxes, and we make the boxes ourselves. I'm surprised that men/women in equal measure do not know how to use scissors, they are awkward and the boxes they make are just "ugly"; another supply we use in boxing orders are sticky packing tapes - the boxes end up looking like they were packed by 4-year olds - just not thorough, smooth; unprofessional-looking...this is after attending training sessions and being taught in the actual workplace. No wonder robots are taking over. Very frustrating...but i use such situations to practice patience (sanctification).

@blappappa3836
@blappappa3836 4 часа назад
As a son of a single mother. Parents separated around age 11, right when a boy *really* needs his father. You're never going to be a good father. You're just not made by God to be both a good mother and a good father figure. In my opinion, the best you can do is if you can't find a solid external father figure for your sons like a mentor type. Your best bet is to encourage them to build themselves up with your help and youtube. Theres alot of stuff on youtube now. Much if it is garbage, but if you can guide their interests towards being upright men of God. Things will go much better than yelling at them to go do "manly things." Shut down negative male influences like rappers that talk about criminal stuff and sex for example. Let them know that those type of men are not worth following.

When Fr. Ripperger uses the statement "that's not how this works" he literally means an observation of the function of reality. When modernists and GenZ use the same statement, they mean with all obnoxiousness "i'm incompetent and don't care about doing whatever it is right".

How about counseling thousands of people and couples through his years. What part of the advice do you feel he may not be accurate on?
