Raja herself said she doesn't need high end fashion brands to be stylish during the Roscoe's Q&A, so she doesn't really agree with people calling her the og fashion queen and would prefer being called a style queen. That answer alone displays her punk / goth background that she has talked about before.
A queen who knows her worth and doesn't answer questions for free. Legend behavior. Also the fact that they didn't show Raja screaming at Michelle, what a wasted opportunity for great TV. WoW will manufacture drama and storylines and then shove them down our throats but the second someone has the balls to come for one of the judges, they edit it out. Lame.

I don’t know how Raja could’ve possibly been negatively critiqued in episode 3 when she literally slayed the whole episode, also Michelle had it coming, she’s always been so hypocritical and she always contradicts herself
Oh I’d love to have seen this. THIS is the sort of shit the fans want to see not manufactured drama. Michelle’s critiques often baffle me, things like “we want to see the real you”….very strange thing to say to a man in a dress doing everything possible to change and alter their appearance for their performance. I’ve wanted someone to do this for so long and I’m gutted we didn’t get to see it
as if they are just themselves in drag and not playing characters... almost like she doesn't have the experience or knowledge to give meaningful feedback
She is VERY confused. The comments like ‘show us who you really are, but don’t out do anyone’ I always notice she’ll tell one queen off for something that she praises another for, if that makes sense?!
@@colleenxo9918 I always remember with dusty ray bottoms when she dragged her for the dot makeup…asking if we were going to see it every week (even though it was the first time she’d done it) she should have been like yes bitch we are. I find Michelle a bully to be honest. She picks and chooses which queens to say this shit to. She didn’t try it with Bianca when she was basically wearing the same dress every week because she knew she would get her ass handed to her

Raja can be shady as hell, but she always manages to say it in a way that doesn't seem threatening or confrontational. I bet she said all that, but it probably wasn't nearly as dramatic as Trinity is making it sound.
Raja is such a gemini. We can read bitches but like to keep things light because in our minds we’re not trying to hurt you, just call you out but make it fun. She most likely said it just being dramatic for shits and giggles.

To be fair Raja can be nasty and threatening, at least the older Untucked Season 3 Raja - thankfully she matured and crystalised. My bet she was just joking around and her responding to Michelle was just one of those cookie moments queens sometimes do.

They're both so iconic and after this season, I have completely let go of everything and just enjoyed them both for who they are. I would crown them both again, just because they are who they are. Raja was the reason why I watched ru Paul’s drag race tbh. Ever she competed she was and always will be a punk. I got to see her in Boston last week and now I can die happily

@Slo What I meant was that it's hypocritical for Michelle to to critique a queen for wearing a single hair color, but after the season Michelle goes and wears the same wig color for the last 2 years according to the comment. You seem to forget that there are hundreds of other hair colors that aren't gray. Michelle could've just stuck with the black.
@Slo to be fair....half of it isn't her own hair. That and her natural hair colour at this point is grey (there's pictures of her showing her natural roots) so she's getting it coloured pretty often to hide the roots.
But yet she had no problem with rajah O’Hara wearing purple for almost every episode in AS6. I honestly can’t stand Michelle as a judge. She’s such a hypocrite and can’t do ANY of what these queens are capable of.
I’m DYING to know what was Michelle’s answer to that, and what was the whole environment like in that whole situation… they really missed a chance for a great tv moment

They chose not to show the mustache. I guarantee if Trinity, Monet or Jinkx were in that look they would have bent over backwards to show that mustache.
Side note: Monét said during an Instagram Live that some of the girls want to do their own reunion. Also, tea spillers said almost the entire cast are mad at producers.
@@mikebell1018 I don't think Monét has a problem with it but Trinity, Shea and Viv definitely seem upset. Also, Trinity implicated on Twitter that Monét was robbed of some wins (see Untucked where she said almost every episode Monét could be in the top). Trinity also is very Team Monét going into the finale which makes me wonder something definitely went down BTS.
@@issacw.5699 you could argue the same for some of the other queens. Yes the producers are pulling the tricks. But 3 stars was just out of control. But we all know it’s Rupauls-Producers Drag Race.
They all mad cause producers clearly favored Jinkx, u can see it just looking at her track record, she don’t have any high placements, she is either safe or winning, this is clearly favoritism cause when she performs a little better, they just give her a win, there were times she shouldn’t have won but she won and watching the season u get why they mad. Allegedly shea threatened to leave the competition and I don’t blame her, they all winner yet they still rig the competition to one of them like-
raja came from the show RPDR is making fun (satire) of. rupaul can set the show in outer space and come up with totally new challenges and raja would still win and be #1! she understands the fundamentals of drag and how to provide/make drag content. she's a whole galaxy of her own. can't say the same for rupaul's best friend tho.
But I agree with Raja. Rupaul drag race has this thing of inviting celebrity fans to judge the queens, when the judges aren't drag queens!!! I wouldn't want to be judged by someone who knows nothing about what being a drag queen is. Give me my peers, let my peers judge me. F*ck nicki minaj or whoever. Get Coco Peru there, get legendary drag queens who have been in the industry for YEARS. Thats how you promote drag, not this bs of celebrities and Michelle visage.
well to an extend I agree. they absolutely bring drag queens as judges for that they know everything about the artform first hand and also drag thats not rugirls should be presented however celibrities like nicki minaj are performers and drag is perfoming in its core. Plus there are drag queens who literally build a career on imprationating those very same celebrities that are icons for the comumity and sometimes their performance is hyperfeminin extreme outfits ec. So some celebrities are ok to judge because when their jobs are comedy/perfoming. Also maybe its also ok to have "experts" like rupaul but also the view general of fans like however else comes on
Raja told no lies, im sure they instructed Michille to be the “Simon Cowell”, but girl…..sometimes…..🙄😡 She gets on my nerves dragging the girls for naught.
She's 100% is meant to be the "mean" judge....its just she legit has no real reference points for it. Like if they got Violet up there she'd be clocking things with actual references to what the runway look is referencing. Michelle lacks passion in any relevant field and doesn't have the background/experience to be an effective "mean" judge. She's literally only there because Merle (who has a background in fashion and left to go teach fashion) left and Ru needed a replacement back in season 3 when the budget was still next to nothing and no one really knew the show.
Good on Raja!!! It’s about time someone stood up to Michelle and he bullying ways. Michelle needs to be dethroned from that show and give us someone who’s actually likeable.
I loved that the show was edited for a 'friendly' season. I don't like the manufactured hysterics or reality TV villains desperate for airtime. I really like what I saw of Raja this season. Totally likable and admirable. Learning about this confrontation makes Raja's final-episode "I don't ever want to do this show again" make a lot more sense. It's too bad. Raja revealed a lot of wit and some wisdom this season, along with two really fun and unexpected impersonations. Edit: I also love Trinity. Her lipsyncs in the finale weren't mind blowing, but she's a bundle of talent and deserves some kind of recognition for being the heart of the season.
Yea I hate all of the unnecessary drama too. Its also stupid how people chide "the producers" for everything they dont agree with. You dont realize that youre completely negating the queens' talent.

I'd love all 3 to be replaced with queens tbh. One for acting/comedy, one for singing/dancing, one for makeup/fashion. It'd also be a great training ground for whoever ends up replacing Ru. Or if they must be non-queens (for reasons 👀) at least get experts. Like the current judges don't offend me but they so rarely offer anything insightful, mostly just there for the runway puns, and those spots could be so much more impactful.
michelle is qualified to judge singing. Carson is qualified to judge fashion. I don't think anyone on that judges panel can critique dancing or acting lmao.

Let's be real, alot of us would pay to see that footage lol! Raja is one of my all time favorites and she makes pretty legendary looks so Michelle needs to take a step back lol. Like I can hear Raja saying every word of this to Michelle and Ru just awkwardly sitting there lmao 🤣. Raja isn't a young inexperienced queen, she's a freaking work of art that always delivers so if you're going to come for her you better check that inventory first Michelle. Raja has that beautiful, resonant speaking voice and the potential for a really steely stare. I bet that was not Michele's favorite day. If Raja weren't such a fabulous queen she would definitely do well as a high school principal 😂
No but really, who is Michelle, not a drag queen, she just loves to run her mouth and whenever there's an alternative queens she wants to streamline her: Max's grey hair, Dusty's dots eyebrows, Crystal's makeup. That's why I love shows like drag race Thailand where both of the main judges are drag queens who know their shit.
