Yeah, it's fine to abolish that too because earlier, women were not educated as their parents didn't want their daughters to study. That's why they required alimony after divorce. But now, women earn too, so even if it gets abolished, women will be fine, unless one is uneducated (many parents still marry off their daughters without educating them).@@kamaleshkumar6335

One friend married and he had not taken any dowry just after 3 month of merrage wife filed false case under dowry act dv and rape case and want divorce.....now she is taking 30k monthly from husband and asking for alomoney under 125 crpc....now tell to penalize man there law but for women Indian law support......
