I lived at Rajneeshpuram and went to festivals. I drove the school busses for public transportation; it was so much fun. Seeing Osho in satsang and during his drive was so amazing and beautiful. What an experiment it was. A paradise for a short time. Mankind is so slow in reaching understanding, but it is happening. Beloved Osho, gratitude 🙏 ❤ for this great joy in my life. 🕉

When I was growing up in the late 80’s, the so-called Osho scandal came to limelight. I had back in those days had no idea about this man and pretty much aligned my outlook about Osho with the people who had no idea what this man was bringing to the mankind. After reading his words, philosophy and so on and with realization gradually seeping in to my mind, I honestly feel today, how immature I had been. Without even reading his books, following his message I concluded on this man to be a devil, a man creating disruption and anarchy, a sex pervert and so on. Shame on me!!!! What really hurts me is that we have killed living Socrates of our time. After having spent almost three decades studying in the fields of religion, genetics and cosmology, I have found this man talked about things which many scientists claim to have spoken first but later to find was already spoken by Osho. Osho is a man whose philosophy needs critical understanding from a wide array of discipline. I will never claim him to be a god by any standards. He like many other super humans like (Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and so on) predicted things that which later were found to be wrong. That’s natural, politicians are doing deliberately everyday and so do you see the evangelical preachers who through fear mongering techniques skim their followers’ pockets!!!!!! Osho is a voice of truth and straightforwardness and was a great threat to those who defrauded people by their sweet talks. People like Socrates, Galileo Galilee, Osho can never have a natural death. The truth is that they never die. They die for the moment but sooner or later the power of their philosophy resurrect them from their cremation pyre and mankind regrets and later mocks at those who orchestrated the killing of these great souls!

Reading and watching all these interviews has given me deep insight into Bhagwan Rajneesh and his purpose in enlightening human kind. I was ignorant about it and just grasping bits and pieces about him and had a bad openion of this great soul. I am so thankful I have got to know what a great and enlightened soul he was,! Thank you!

More i research, more i found out that Osho built a commune like a City, literally. They grew organic food, had public telephones, restaurants, icecream etc. Imagine this commune in 2021, using renewal energy, electric cars, have hospitals with the latest technologies, a lot of automatition made to ease up people's job so they have more free time for meditation and hobbies and more important, people living without frustration, hate... Sounds like Venus Project, the dream of great Jacques Fresco.

I was there when american s destroyed the comunity and arrested this wonderful misterious enlightened Osho , Bhagwan. The buddhahall in the morning with thousands of people meditating and listening to Bhagwan who was trying to wake us up, they all destroyed it.
He created a lot of harm to children and by creating Sheela. He put and kept a woman in power who tyrannised hundreds and literally tried to murder people. He was not at all enlightened. If he had been enlightened he would not have created that situation with Sheela and he would not have been in a situation where he ended up in prison. What waking up of people did he actually do? An enlightened person doesn’t sell spirituality. He plagiarised much from the Esalen institute and from Krishnamurti. Telling people to be a light to yourself which is what K used to say while simultaneously making everyone imitate each other and follow his Rajneeshism religion that he created. Completely the opposite of what K meant by those words.

Osho should have taken the responsibility for his disciples at the very least. The whole commune got destroyed, just because he was in public silence which was the reason for the communication gap. The idea of the such a utopian commune belonged to Osho, but he didn't took sufficient responsibility on his shoulders. He should have actively involved himself in the management and should have been involved in labour activities, Should have stopped his sanyaanis for creating hostile environment around the county, he should have practiced love which he actively vouched for; but when it came to love locals for antelope, he and his commune failed... Very unfortunate...

Who was Osho? Osho was a well read philosopher....a rebel. A critical thinker. Was he enlightened in the same way the Buddha, Jesus or Lao Tzu was? I don't think so. Osho's intentions were good. I totally understand what he was trying to do here, but this type of project will always fail as long as there is so much opposition to it. There are many ppl like him in the world today and have been in the past.... wise men and women, who see things differently..... but we don't know about them, because they are not interested in creating a commune or changing the world. Why is that? Well, either because they don't have the desire to lead others or because they know that the world isn't ready....most people are not ready to live in the kind of world/society Osho dreamed of...... And you can never create this type of society by force. It will happen naturally......one day......when the world is ready for it.
