Looking at that Lakers team, Rondo was their 3rd best player. He did everything right coming out of the bench: provide playmaking schemes for the team when LeBron was off the court, amazing defense against guards, and one of best three pointers for them. He was a bench player but man was he every thing the Lakers could ask and more

He was the biggest surprise of this playoffs. Improved 3 pt, clutch shots, cerebral defense, allowed LBJ to play off ball and on top of all this is his smart playmaking. He did all this while coming off the bench. I think opponents probably didnt game plan against this guy

The way Rondo just controls a game is a masterpiece, he sets pace, tone, intensity and sets everyone up to take open shots and lobs. He keeps the other teams defense in check the entire time he's out there. His defense and knowledge of the game is on point and now his 3-pt shooting has improved. Definitely, the third best player on the team and surely the floor general.

DON’T trade for Chris Paul! CP3 has been toxic in all his prior teams. CP3 is OVERPAID! Use that money to sign RONDO again & add more resources to our depth. Rondo is a champ, stick with rondo. If LAL trade for CP3, rondo will bounce.
