Rakssetra is idyllically located as a postcard on the mountainside towards Årheimsfjellet. This trip is very popular and for a good reason!
The hike to Rakssetra starts at Oppheim between Stryn and Loen. There is a parking space, which costs around 70 kr. At the beginning, follow the construction road towards Hoven, then turn left and follow a marked path that leads to Rakssetra. Here are panoramic views of Olden and Loen. You do not always have to go on the highest peaks for great nature experiences! Estimated time is around 1 hour
