I hope this helps :) What boss should I do next? Also I forgot to mention in Melee distance Raksha will never perform the same auto-attack twice in a row, so if he melees, the next will be ranged/magic and so on. But if you are out of melee distance he will range/mage and sometimes perform them twice in a row.
During the falling rocks during the phasing, there are 4 rocks that actually target you and will fall at the position you were in when targeted. So to easily avoid all the rocks you simply wait a few seconds to let the first 2 target > surge before they hit > wait for the last 2 > surge again. This minimizes your movement while consistently avoiding rock damage. And if your confident you can use flanking after your first surge
Awesome guide, Really appreciate what you're doing for the community it's good stuff, I haven't gotten my first kill yet but you definitely covered some thing I didn't know or wasn't doing that I is going to vastly help me out, thanks again!
Great video, nothing new for me, but I love how well it was structured. I got ~40 combined kc and beginning to enjoy him a lot more. Definitely the most challenging boss to learn imo.
LOOOOOL!!!! TE AMO ERES EL HOMBRE justamente queria una guia fresca de raksha con todo los estilos :o OMG necesito compartir este video con mis amigos :) gracias 100% like
Great guide and a well deserved award as others have said! I pvm on the same world as you often and made my day when you said hi back to me. Starstruck moment lol - darkhood
23k views and only 400 likes!? guys please like the video. This is great content, and much time goes in to it. Thank nuzz nuzz for the amazing content, I’m looking forward to more.
Took me over eighty attempts to get my first kill. It was stressing to say the least. But now, over 1400 kc and billions made. It can be tough to learn but once you get it down, you’re set.
thats crazy man!!!! yea the learnign curve on this must be insane. because I have 50ish trys, 0 kills. but I can take my hand off the keyboard and do 7min hm kerapac solos, all day and night long
Very nice video, definitely make the boss seem less intimidating. Very nice indepth guide. Just Subscribed btw. I would love see an updated beginner's guide for ed3 the 2 year old guides for ed3 looks like all the content creators take significantly less damage and no one knows why
@@Nevervorago nah they were doing regular ed3 like for an example the corpse carrier in ed3 hits super hard asking with the skeletons more than you can eat but you're expected to tank until both the portal and the carrier are dead. I've only seen people carrying 7 bill worth of gear get through it perfectly. With limitless, sgb, 2 eof with different specs and blight bounds. I only beat it once with tmw and a scythe perked out.
Nice guide I don’t know if I missed it.. and I only have 2KC so I’m no pro But a good tip to remember is p1-3 he does not repeat attack mechanics, so if he ranges, his next attack will have to be melee or mage. Helps to narrow flicking. P4 he can double up, making it slightly trickier
My big struggle is DPS on p1 I cant seem to phase it before shadow blast unless I use a ripper I feel like I am doing a lot of damage using vuln bomb, guthix spec, sunshine, gconc, new spells
My question for range in general is, when do I switch off of Ruby baks over to Hydrix. I am using ascensions, have grico and C4, In my EOF is a dbow. Ty for info in the video!
great guide, but did anyone notice he was using turmoil? while ranging. or am i missing something here. i believe anguish wouldve been better? either way. i got my first raksha kill ty
Ehhhh still don't think I can do this one consistently. Though as someone who's been learning a lot of pvm recently, I had never even tried "prayer flicking" until GWD3. Glacor is an *extremely good place to practice that* with their slow attacks, and I might try some of that to conserve hp on normal kerapac. Going to build my way up to this one, but I'm happy having learned how to do a ton of bosses this event. Even after re-organizing my keybinds, it's hard to fit everything needed for something this complicated on there. It got to the point I resorted to putting my prayer swaps over on the numpad, but of course then my mouse hand isn't free and I can't *move* while prayer flicking. Not ideal for this fight in particular, but then where on earth else am I supposed to put all these buttons? I"m already using everything on the left hand side + shift modified versions. I only ever got my first raksha kill duo by making a revo++ bar.
when the blood phase starts I use snipe right when nex rises her wings up( not before otherwise it will go off too soon and you will heal nex), then snap shot and rapid fire. This usually is enough to phase it.
if your including a beginner guide with budget/beginner setups you should walk through the kill in that level of gear rather than showing clips of some of your best kills in max gear... also for the rock fall (especially for begginers who might get overwhelmed or use alot of food) you can use reflect.
I have a video where i do raksha in budget gear that ill link in the description, good idea! Just didnt want the video to be an hour haha, my guide are already kinda long because i like to get a lot of info in.
what a fascinating difference, this boss, is for me. Hm zuk, got it. solo hm kerapac? I have 1k+ kills. telos, rax, easy 2 cycles on seiryu every time.. then Raksha? not a fucking single kill. I haven't even got close
Would using revolution mode work with this? Also how would one go about using their ult first at the beginning of a fight? How do i sustain my adrenaline to start with an ult?
fill ur adren in wars retreat then slayer cape tele to lanekia or max cape portal or wars retreat portal just press anticipation, surge or freedom when ur gonna go out of combat
It is definitely doable. I did a couple 100 kills with chins on my iron, however since I didnt get lacerations from raksha I eventually decided to kill dinos for it. Chins slow down the kill quite a bit, but you should be able to get through it without too much enrage gained
Got the kill last night. I felt like I was cheating by using a yak. It meant that soul split flicking was less important and I could mostly camp melee prayer then switch. I should practice soul split flicking some more so I can eventually use a ripper. The melee attack just wrecks me when I try. I also got hit by a bunch of tail swipes in the 2nd half of p4. I need to work on that too. The yak bailed me out and I also got lucky that there wasn't a melee hit afterwards to combo me out.
Any tips for speeding up the final phase? I end up having to do 2 cycles of erebous charge and collecting the shards. I normally phase the boss around 3:40 but my kill times are between 6 and 7 mins which results in drinking 2 overload doses. I dont have grico or seren godbow
This sounds like an issue I had when starting and the issue was that once I phased and he did his 3 set of attacked before the first shield, I would save adrenaline as i know the anima + sun/DS combo is coming. However I found basically dumping as many thresholds as i can during the 1+2 sets of 2 auto attacks and swipes and then build on the third set and shield so that i have full adren for a sun/ds once collecting anima. This also means that he loses around 100khp before even starting my big damage phase.
