Atlanta rapper Ralo has been released from prison after serving eight years and one month for drug conspiracy charges. He was credited with over four years of time served and received additional time off for good behavior.
Ralo was arrested in April 2018 and initially pleaded not guilty. He was reportedly offered a five-year plea deal in 2019, but he turned it down. In 2020, he was granted a bond, but it was later revoked after a judge accused him of continuing to run drugs from inside jail.
Despite the setbacks, Ralo remained resilient and released multiple projects while in jail. He is now a free man and is looking forward to continuing his music career.
