This is the BEST ever interview for me. Ralph you are an eminent leader, humble and intelligent. Trevor these interviews are awesome, enjoyable and worth more than any book. Hats off to Trevor for this programme and Nyaradzo for sponsoring.
This is how a CEO should be. No hubris, conscientiousness, aware that they are not infallible, dizzying emotional stability, very calm, approachable and unleashes the latent gifts in subordinates. We should be using such talent in our attempts to turnaround our nation.
CBA -(Conceive , Believe and Achieve), challenge yourself and put yourself in an area of discomfort......master thyself and engage with the world honestly...very powerful wisdom..Thank you Ralph and Trevor
Zimbabwe is beautiful and has many talented individuals - Zanu Pf is letting us down as a country. Watching Trevor shows gives me hope that we will build the greatest country on earth some day
What an interview and what a journey! I love that Ralph sees himself as a "work in progress" and the fact that he is incredibly self aware. He also strikes me as a humble person. Those qualities are non negotiable in the pursuit of true greatness. He is going places. This young man is not done by any stretch of the imagination! Thank you for yet another wonderful interview Trevor!
Extremely informative discussion. We'll done Trevor for pulling this together. Tendai understands his business and this is the leadership style we need in Zim.
Trevor what did we do to sit in the British airways first class iam fulfilled I long wanted to see the hero from my motherland talking and sharing ideas. Ralph is the epitome of excellence. Thank you Trevor
This has been inspirational and enjoyable. I first encountered Mr. Ralph Mupita in 2007 in a story that was featured on the cover of FinWeek. The story was about black non-South African executives who were shaping the corporate and economic landscape of South Africa. The story covered Mutumwa Mawere, Strive Masiyiwa, Ralph Mupita, Pfungwa Serima and Zenzo Lusengo among others. So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Mr. Mupita on your show and it was even greater pleasure to listen to your conversation with him. It was definitely a business master class as your said and I especially like his disposition of never being complacent and perpetually learning despite his notable success. I look forward to the next bill of your show which if I am not mistaken features my Group Chief Executive Mr. Sim Tshabalala.
This is incredible Trevor!!!!!!! I couldn't even afford to figit throughout Ralph interview, he is such a gifted person......sports, intelligence, insatiable passion to keep on learning new things, humble but very clear on who he is.......thanks guys. I will share with my children!!!!!!

One of the changes I will make when I become the President of Zimbabwe is to make In Conversation with Trevor a mandatory 'subject' at secondary school.
Inspirational interview, thank you so much Ralph and Trevor.A few takeaway points from this is the importance of mentorship, Ralph's parents, Paul Hanratty and so forth, being hungry, teachable and honing skills. Importance of persons boards, interesting concept.i enjoyed this conversation, one of the best this year
I' can't see why you wouldn't be considered the next captain of Anglo American plc once Duncan Wanblad vacates his position. I think you've already passed the interview with that reference of running a telecoms company being analogous to running a mining company with respect to regulatory milieu. This was such an inspirational convo, thanks to both of you.
Visit Rwanda my ass, where else would you find these insightful convos in Africa and Trevor does it on a weekly, i see you pulling Strive soon, James Manyika or Siphosami Malunga, a country is built on inspiration, this gives future kids a platform on who to look up to for inspiration, thank you Trevor
Thank you Trevor and Ralph! This was a much needed Masterclass! A lot of solid takeaways from here, quality conversation this. Ralph comes across as a solid human being, and a good leader, not a breaker of bones to get results. Dreams do come true.

Is MTN considering investing in Zimbabwe. We need a big player who can set up a good quality network that is pro-customer in terms of connectivity, affordability and high quality. Customer service is absent in Zimbabwe so would appreciate big players like your organisation
