•Caul Fat (in this case, I used ram caul fat)
•Burger Bun
•Fresh blend of greens; kale, spinach, swiss chard and cherry tomatoes.
•Homestead Burger Sauce (ketchup, full seed mustard, and horseradish)
•Local IPA -for good measure
