Nowadays, when people ask "what is trance" we usually show them For an Angel, Seven Cities, and other classics. I'm pretty sure that in 20 years we will be showing this to the younger ones as a pure example of trance :)

This track came from nowhere but heaven, really!

TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE: VOTE THIS MASSIVE TRACK FOR THE TUNE OF THE YEAR!!!Not only for the fact that is the most emotional melodic trance track from 2013 but also because the memory of RAM's wife HAS to be eternal .

I heard this track for the 1st time when playing ASOT 638 in the background while doing stuff like cleaning the dishes and stuff. I didn't knew the backstory of this track but immediately noticed something was 'different' about this track and found out the dark reason behind it. I even don't have a wife but yet 'feel' the emotions RAM put into this masterpiece.

My Grandpa whom i truly love with all my heart has been in the hospital for at least a week now. Yesterday we were told some great news that he would still live another 2 years. Unfortunately today around noon he was transferred to the ICU (intensive care unit) because he had a really hard time breathing. Today a tube had to be put in his throat to help him breathe. Right now his condition is only a matter of time. My mom, dad, little brother, and I visited him tonight along with my Grandpa's 8 other children. And for the first time, i've never witnessed a person i truly love.. suffer. so. much. As soon i stepped in the ICU room, my dad who is the 5th son to my Grandpa, rushed and held my Grandpa's hand saying how much he truly loves him...this was the first time i ever saw my Dad cry so much. ever. After crying and crying this made me soon realize even more how much the people you love mean to you. This was a man who picked up a little boy from elementary school and took great care of me when my parents would be at work. I am 20 years old now and nothing has changed besides loving you even more. i love you so much lolodaddy you will forever be in my heart and thank you for loving me and your family for so long

You can feel how much Ram truly loved his wife. My condolences to him and his family. You are a gifted artist and I know your wife is proud of you.

This song gave me goosebumps the first time I heard it.."This one's a new favorite I thought" and I grinned... Rushing emotions, I just could feel them behind the music.. And then Armin spoke and he explained the reason this song was made - Boom. It blew me away. I could feel the man's pain through his composition and Susana's beautifully performed vocals.. So I heard it again. This time it was just sadness.. Wow.. What a beautiful track! Truly, this is what Trance is all about. Rest in Peace Amelia..

How can someone NOT love trance music? :)

RIP Amelia. So beautiful RAM. Reminds me of how Trance got me through the passing of my Mom of Breast Cancer when I was nine, 11 years ago. Been a fan of Trance ever since then and nothing else inspires me more than the amazing and uplifting melodies. Thank you for your beautiful music and my prayers go out to you RAM.

I've lost two grandparents in the past couple of years. Finding such a song like this (with other Trance songs) helps me in coping with my losses. I know this song for Amelia, rest in peace, but, I feel this song is all around perfect to share in memory for any loved one lost to soon. I know my grandfather is smiling at me even when I'm bawling like a baby but, I know he sheds a tear for me as well. Love and miss you Pop.

The last 2 songs I have been listening to nowdays:Andy Duguid feat Jaren -7even and this one. Both for someone who left earth too early. There are no other genres or no other things that can give what Trance gives. And I`m happy I`m listening to the most beautiful genre that exists.

My condolences on Ram's sudden and tragic loss of his wife - I know exactly what he's feeling, as I've been dealing with my own sudden and tragic loss, and this track has been helping me through it. Thank you, Ram for writing such beautiful music - not to mention the vocals are extremely beautiful and mirror my own thoughts, and feelings. Too bad it wasn't number 1 on ASOT.

Ok I seriously have no words. This is exactly why trance music is the best. People put so much emotions into it. My friend has a wife and a kid already but everytime Emma Hewitt comes out he is full of tears. There amount of emotions in this music makes me feel lighter everytime I hear it. I can't imagine what the DJ felt when he made that track but.. this music is life.

There just comes a track in your life that sucks you in and make you fall in love with trance. This track has reminded me all those years ago when I first listened to trance at age 11and it just made me fall in love with trance all over again. God rest Amelia's soul, remember not the sadness of those gone, but remember the lives of when they lived.

There isn't really a better way for a producer to honour someone so close to them than to produce such a spectacle of music, so full of emotion and feeling.

When my wife went pregnant with our daughter, this song was on our minds all the time. We listened to it in the car for every trip we took, or anything we did where we could listen to music. Our daughter was born on my birthday in August 6 years ago, and her name had to be Amelia since this song had such a big impact on me and my wife. Thank you. :)
