Ramadan Iftar (Buffet) @ Banyan Tree Hotel - Doha, Qatar 

This is an overview of the Ramadan Iftar (meal after the Ramadan fasting period). It was hosted at the Vertigo restaurant/club on the 28th floor of the Bayan Tree Hotel in Doha, Qatar. This venue (www.vertigodoh...) is one of the most prestigious places to dine and have fun in Qatar.
Ramadan requires fasting the entire day until sunset, after which you can eat and drink. What better way to break the fast than with a huge buffet such as this.
Shops and restaurants are open late during Ramadan (some as late as 1am). We are night owls so that works to our advantage.
We've never been to an Iftar before but we love what we saw.
