Ingredients
Kaimati:
3Cups all purpose flour
2tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
1tbsp yeast
1tbsp corn flour
1tsp cardamom powder
1cup and half warm milk (you can use water)
When it’s ready cover for 20 minutes to rise

For the topping it’s condensed milk
Pita Bread:
3Cups all purpose flour
2tbsp sugar
Salt mix the dry ingredients together
1tbsp yeast mix with water cover for 10 minutes to rise
2tbsp plain yogurt
1cup and half warm milk (you can use water)
1tbsp vegetable oil
Knead the dough well apply oil then cover for 20 minutes to double the size
Cook on a medium heat
Chicken:
Cooking oil
1onion &garlic wait until golden brown
1kg drumsticks cook each side until golden brown
1tbsp curry powder
1tbsp paprika powder
1tbsp garam masala
Jumbo
2tomatoes blended and chicken masala cover and let it cook
1cup plain yogurt let it cook on a medium heat
Corriandor and dania and it’s ready
Chicken samosa:
1kg chicken boneless
1tbsp turmeric powder
1tsp dhana jeera
1tsp paprika powder
1tsp red pepper
Salt
2carrots grated
3Onion Chopped

Samosa sheets:
2cups all purpose flour
Salt
Warm water
Cooking oil to fry
