3cups basmati rice cover and let it cook

Put it in the oven 225 degrees cook for 15 minutes
Chicken:
1kg drumsticks
2lemon juice
1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp dhana jeera
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp paprika powder
1tbsp red pepper
2tbsp plain yogurt
1tbsp salt

Air fryer the chicken 225 degrees cook for 20 minutes
Cook until golden brown

1cup & half warm milk
When it’s ready cover for 10 minutes to rise

Syrup
1cup water
Half cup sugar
1tbsp cardamom powder
Cook until sticky
