So envious of your family and you, and how your parents have instilled such beautiful Islamic values and traditions in you. I’m married to an English man and I have to try very hard with my daughter who is half English and half Muslim. I love how you all balance your identity, religion and cultures. And also how you do not shy away from sharing your Islam in a day and age where many are frightened of being so open due to the negativity many Muslims face. Ramadan means sacrificing ourselves not only for good food/dress but also for correct/repent/forgiveness from Allah/God. Not only During Ramadan time, we need to help the poor (our duty) but also the whole year those people who have money. This is not our money, Allah gave us to enjoy but He also watches how we spend. May Allah give all of us a guide to understanding.
