Due to this clinic doctor negligence it happened, he Daleyed puneeth after seeing strain in ECg.this doctor was very casual in clinic. He wasted puneeth golden minutes 😭, He used to consult free for appu , Later he used to ask appu to contribute 5lakh to 10lakh , Big scam doctor .

ECG strain and sweating was the main clue that MI might occur or it may not occur. He should have proactively got into the car with Puneeth to perform CPR thinking “what if something happens.” And he should have gone to nearest hospital where a defibrillator could have been used before further assessment and treatment. You never leave a patient to themselves with abnormal ecg at least for few hours, this is no matter how fit they are and how normally their vitals shows. He is not good at making critical decisions. If his clinic had an AED machine then he should have kept Puneeth in the clinic and asked his staff to call an ambulance. He should kept sudden cardiac arrest in mind in this situation. And if he was so close to the family knowing there is family history of cardiac issues, he should have monitored Puneeth’s vigorous workout routines and openly advised him to work out moderately, to go for regular ecg, stress test and CT scan. These things would have revealed any underlying cardiac issues. He should have had a heart to heart talk with Puneeth that age, body weight and other factors can have impact on the heart and moderation in everything takes priority as we age. If he had done the above no blame on the doc.

Dr.Ramana Rao need to answer the queries raised by public on this platform .Can TV 9 get his replies ?

I took my dad in 20 minutes to Manipal hospital they gave him one 5 k injection that's all by morning they did angioplasty . Puneeth sir should have done every year medical check up . He should have gone directly to Vikram hospital . Really sad thing that Puneeth sir is no more with us . God give strength to Ashwini mam and kids .

The doctor negligence can be really understood here. This doctor could have started immediate heart message or use defibrillator. He just ignored it because appu was young and ignored the symptoms. He would have probably survived if he gone to super specialty hospital directly. I am not a doctor but what doctor should have done is accompany appu and start immediately CPR and use defibrillator . That was the only way. Doctor just sent him to next hospital in his own car knowing he is going through cardiac arrest. Old doctor out of practice, appu shouldn't have gone to this doctor who is capable only for headache and fever.

When ecg is indicating cardiac event why this doctor dint initiate antiplatelets / anticogulation / nitrates. Why dint he consider golden hour rule..? Why puneet was not taken in ambulance to nearby MS ramaih hospital... shifting puneet in car to 45 mins far Vikram hospital is absolute bad decision. ..ambulance with cpr cart/ ventilator was ideal...more wise decision was to shift him to nearby ms hospital* 45 mins extra time was available to do further treatment....still I cannot believe we lost this gem man

If docter noticed ECG report, doctor should give first Aid that is called golden hour.

Why Raman didn't give first ad treatment when he found problem with ECG report. Why ??? . It's shocking to see why early treatment is not given before taking him to Vikram hospital. We could have saved if first ad has been giving 😞
