I also have summer seasonal depression! Its not that uncommon I think... 😅I really enjoy your videos - you have a great way of conveying your thoughts, calm but precise. Im also female, similar age and have ADHD/depression/anxiety - very interesting to be able to relate to a content creator this much! Since you were wondering about your channel - I think you could do all types of content, even "simple" vlogs would work for you :) all the best to you! 🌻

Thanks for sharing. Do you know if someone could take Buspirone with ADHD medication? I am allergic to Wellbutrin so I'm considering Vyvanse. I will talk to my doctor. I still need to get tested for ADHD. I find the Buspirone helps me not to internalize some people's rude/sarcastic comments they respond to me with. So it helps me not feel like crap when I'm around them a few times per year. I work in a very meticulous customer service.job in health care so I try to keep my anxiety/depression in check. I also take Escitopram. I'm thinking of getting off it. I have in the past before too. Thanks again!
