That's not a thing in the U.S. at all, no matter what. He doesn't even have to say that he's lying. The second the judge hits the gavel and gives the not guilty verdict, he could boast in the courtroom that he killed him. Heck if somebody faked they're death and framed you for murder and you are found not guilty for their murder, you could go find them and execute them in front of cops and can't be charged again. It's impossible to murder somebody twice, so you are technically just committing the crime you were already found not guilty for. 2 & 3. These points are litterally unrelated. You aren't wrong about anything, but neither of these prove anything about the other. 2 is about someone who committed a crime in a case and was never even charged. 3 is about someone who was charged and found guilty, but criminsl recirds are wiped clean.

I’m sure even he would admit it, half the phrases he say he says inaccurately lol even just in this clip he forgot the one, he said “if the glove don’t fit, don’t acquit”, which is the opposite, etc. I’m not saying the guy isn’t funny or smart, he’s hilarious.
