Well to a degree I agree, but some card txt language is ridiculously worded not to mention some cards do multiple actions depending on the situation, now consider a 40+ deck with majority of the cards having that "bane" and the true issue is konomi overcomplicating a trading card game.

Some yugioh cards require a law degree to understand.

Judgement of Anubis is always a lot more specific than you think it is. That’s why it is trash.

Judgment of Anubis is used when they use a spell to target the back row, so it's usage is very specific it's an out to Harpie's feather duster,MTS,cosmic cyclone lightning storm,and twin twister you get the gist of it.

@@AshnakAGQ it's not trash it's a good counter trap for a specific board state. I still run it against players that try using spells to wipe the back row. It's a situational card it isn't garbage.

@@Citizen_Nappa23 1. Pretty much no one uses any of those except for lightning storm, cosmic cyclone, and duster. Duster is at one copy, and it doesn’t work against cyclone since it banishes. 2. It requires you to discard a card, making you go -1. 3. It does nothing against monster effects, which are the most common method of destruction. Pretty much the main thing this card would counter in the meta is Lightning Storm, and you would only get half the effect negating that since they would pretty much need a clear field to activate that. In summary, the card is trash. Just use solemn judgement.
