The judge that approved the voice ID warrant will be heavily scrutiny by the higher ups and risk his judge career over this. You need more evidences and it takes time just like IRL. You need the description and it matches in the future and you can press charge based on this description that matched the descriptions. You have like days to press charge and you would need to take more photo, camera recording the crime activities. Also two or three statements by investigators that was not involved in crime scene. I can see too much abuse with voice id warrants and any police can lie and claim that is true. No way to defend that. This is a flimsy evidence at best. The way 4.0 works, you need jobs to survive and not resort to crimes when your money dries up and waiting a while for the appeal and it's impossible to stay clean. That is the reason why 4.0 PD mechanic needs some overhaul. Hopefully that some of admins realize that.

That’s what civil lawsuits are for. You’re perfectly free to sue the PD for lost wages, and I’m sure in a lot of cases you’d win. More people need to utilize that.

It's always to the very end. If it goes veryvery wrong and he has no excuses anymore, it's just we will work on that, I'll talk to the person, there was Some overreaction but never a full admittion that they just totally messed up. @@m1lkbags I definitely agree. I was being sarcastic. I don't think they should be charged at all without a chance at a bench trial at the least. If the charging officer isn't around then set a court date on threat of high fines and automatic guilt if they don't show. It shouldn't be up to the crims to appeal a charge that hasn't been ruled on in the first place. An appeal in court is literally going to a higher court to have them re-rule on a case, and unless the cops are suddenly judges, then it's not an appeal. It's a trial after the consequences.

He had a mask, downed the cop and got away. But! He talked. So by voice he got a warrant from the downed officer. Keep in mind also that it is a rule to interact with cops not just kill and get away. Supposedly. I can see crims just mag dump cops and leave the scene from this kind of behaviour.

The same judge that overruled what the head judge, crane, said and said that ramee couldn't represent Dundee even though crane put out legislation that lawyers can't be conflicted. Also many other rulings and other weird ass things that make no logical or legal sense that favor the police. He probably won't be dealt with as its nopixel but clear bias
