there's no way they'll give XQC power to ban people, maybe some revive sht but definitely not ban people and by how Esfand and the other guy who NVL'd not being bnned, its proven he has no power or no say on who to ban otherwise Esfand and the other guy would at least catch a temporary ban
He's literally one of the nicest rpers out there lmfao, if you actually watched him you'd know that he's one of the people who's so against banning anyone in anything it's kinda funny, if you actually believe that one of the owners has no power over what they own, then i dunno what to tell you man XD
He legit said he doesn't care about that and doesn't want anyone banned, he was just shhmalding about viewers justifying the rule breaks because they liked Esfand... Also if the other guy you are talking about is the one that X and ray ocean dumped pretty sure he got banned or at least learned his lesson.

He said he has access to the admin/owner discord chats but he doesn't use it because it has meta info sometimes, also he said that he doesn't want admin privileges because he doesn't want to be treated differently, he definitely could have admin privileges but he doesn't want it.
