We never noticed the difference between ourselves, we were into the show and all kinds of other pop culture, playing together with figures. Playing make believe in the parks, pretending those picnic tables were the General. The show was just some silly 80s TV program. The difference is in today’s world and still rocking that flag pridefully on your truck or whatever, is just plain ignorant. No one should ever be shamed for a sticker on a toy. It’s part of our history and we should learn from it. It’s no different to have a Nazi symbol on a German soldier toy.
