I swear if there's any reason for the live action remake to exist, it's this song. So beautiful I almost hope it gets added into the Broadway version next time there's a revival.
@angelofmusic @julieroberts I love him singing that song as well, but would love a cover of Evermore as well. In spite of the "hiccups" he did a phenomenal job with it. And I'm glad he went ahead with it even though it was his first time with the song and he was nervous to perform it.
@@julieroberts5950 Oh gotcha. At least I was thinking of the right show lol I could've sworn I saw a video of him singing Evermore before ... maybe during an Instagram or RU-vid livestream? I'll post it here if I ever find it.
He was talking on Twitter yesterday about how he might perform this song. So, it's not surprising he forgot the lyrics. Mistakes like this make for the best moments!
Well, there's the reason why people say that when two loving each other persons are together for a long time, they both take on the traits and habits of each other...😂
I was at the Ft. Lauderdale concert. I had chills the entire evening--nothing less than breathtaking. Not many artists sound better in person, but Ramin's voice is like no other. He was simply brilliant.
This is definitely Eric's song this should have been in love never dies even though it is a Disney song love never dies is a great beauty and the beast twist on a great Andrew Lloyd Webber classic
@@Nen014cy The jester, well I know he was the jester in the movie, us in the UK haven't got Hunchback of Notre Dame so not sure what Clopin's role is in the musical
@@Nen014cy In the Disney movie, Clopin is the jester with the best vocal moments (he’s the one who sings the Bells of Notre Dame). In the stage adaptations and book, Clopin is king of the Romani people in Paris and has a more active role.
@@irishballetdancer Also unpopular opinion, but I think Dan was overall better for the role than Ramin. Dan's singing can't hold a candle to Ramin of course, but Dan was good for the part overall. Emma, well... she tried and they autotuned. It was what it was.
It's really hard to hear, but she said "You'll never tease Hadley again!" It's a reference to Hadley Fraser, who is a performer that has forgotten lyrics multiple times with Ramin.
That was me! And it's exactly the reference described above 😉 So excited that he heard me and replied!!! And to have it recorded is the best souvenir!!! Thank you!
@@kathrynhutchins7638 I never ever thought I would see Ramin in person and the concert was absolutely wonderful! Seth cracks me up. But what I wouldn't give to see Ramin and Hadley perform together ☺️!
Did anyone else notice Ramin’s foot shaking? It didn’t seem like something you do when you’re nervous, like how some people bounce their legs or tap their feet while sitting. It seemed more like uncontrolled shaking from maybe a health condition. It even looks like he tries to make it look less noticeable by alternating between placing that foot back on the floor and on the leg of the chair during his performance. Is he ok? 😕
Maybe his legs were in a uncomfortable unbalanced positions for a long time, uncontrollable shaking can happen because of the position your hands or legs are, but it doesn't last long and shaking disappear after changing a pose
