I had to burn my body when i was Sati because of my ahankara and all the wrong things i did because of pride .i suspected Rama as the Lord bhagwana and i even tested him by taking the guise of seeta because of which you vowed not to accept me with this body as i had taken form of mother seeta..and later i burned my body in holy fire of yagna at my father's place ....and had to do so much penance to get you in this birth ..now you are calling me sati? Shankara says Sati is a woman who surrenders herself by heart body and mind to her husband..in previous birth as Sati whole world admired you and held you in high esteem but i think now when you ask me with so much love and devotion to narrate Ramkatha ..In fact now you are a real Sati because now you are doing what i love to do by heart mind and body and that is Ramkatha
