One clarification, in the introduction above its mentioned that Nidhu Babu and Ram Kumar Chatterjee collaborated together. This is not possible as Nidhu Babu or Ramnidhi Gupta existed in the 18th and early 19th century from 1741 to 1839 AD. The songs were written by him and he introduced tappa style to Bengali music. Ram Kumar Babu was born in 1921.Ram Kumar’s rendition of the tappa songs are priceless jewels which were recorded in the 20th century.
I have always been an unalloyed admirer of Ramkumar's toppa. He was a guru of Bangla toppa. By the word 'naughty' l just referred to his mood of an uncommon fun. Ramkumar is nomosyo.
